COVID-19: Important News & Process Changes

ACR Technical Services is taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak seriously and is monitoring the situation closely so that we can help protect our employees, customers, and community while continuing to provide you with the best calibration service.

We intend to keep our calibration lab open unless state or federal regulations prohibit it.  If we are forced to shut down, we will let everyone know.  Right now, we are pushing as hard as possible to calibrate and return all equipment in a timely manner.

We are still performing onsite calibrations for customer sites that are remaining open. To keep all parties safe, we have increased our level of PPE use, enhanced our equipment cleaning procedures, and implemented the practice of social distancing.

At this time, we are still making pick-ups and deliveries to customer sites. Customer drop-off and pick-up procedures have temporarily changed. Non-ACR personnel are not allowed in the building. We have setup a drop-off and pick-up area at our warehouse entrance. Just ring the doorbell and we will let you in. Additionally, you may back your vehicle into the warehouse to unload equipment. However, ACR personnel are practicing social distancing so please make sure to remain a 6-foot distance at all times.
